In this research, in order to protect the safety and health of people, and to save energy and prolong the life of the house, we have developed an integrated visualization system that the indoor environment information is quickly and easily communicated to the resident, and the information about the durability such as the diagnosis result of the house can be shared with designers and contractors, and verified its usefulness.カナダ最高裁の法理によると，先住民が「土地権」を立証していなくても，政府には先住民と協議し，場合によっては便宜を図る法的義務があり，これは権利義務関係の確定を目的とする条約上の権利にも及ぶ．かかる義務の存在は先住民に拒否権を与えるものではないが，政府が決定した土地利用計画に先住民が関与することを可能とする．また，環境法改正の立法過程においても協議義務の存在を認める最高裁の反対意見もある．かかる協議義務は，行政過程だけでなく立法過程にも先住民が参加し，彼らの環境保護思想が立法および行政にも反映される可能性がある．The scope of duty to consult and accommodate to aboriginal peoples is not only unproved “aboriginal title” but treaty rights. The duty does not mean aboriginal “veto”. However, they can get involved in process of land plan use. Dissenting opinion of supreme court of justices also, affirm the duty in legislative process of amendment of Environment Act. Therefore, such duties have the possibility of introducing their thinking of environment to legislation and executive by participating their process.エネルギーに関して持続可能な経済社会を展望するためには，再生可能エネルギーの大幅導入が不可欠である．本研究では，電力自由化が進展し，再生可能エネルギーをはじめとする電力が盛んに市場取引されているドイツやデンマークおける市場設計を中心にサーベイすることで，今後日本においても再生可能エネルギーの本格導入がはじまり，既存電源と価格競争できるようになり，主力電源化する過程における電力市場制度を検討した．北欧の電力市場設計，ドイツとデンマークの電力市場制度比較，ドイツにおけるVPPの台頭とその役割を中心に検討した結果，とりわけ前日・当日のスポット市場の価格シグナルが重要な役割を果たすことが示唆される．In terms of energy, large scale introduction of Renewable Energy is indispensable for a sustainable economic society. In this study, we focused on the market design in Germany and Denmark, where electricity liberaliza-tion is progressing and electricity such as Renewable Energy is actively marketed. In the future, full-scale in-troduction of renewable energy will begin in Japan, price competition with existing power sources will become possible, and the power market system in the process of becoming the main power source will be examined. As a result of an examination focusing on the design of the electricity market in Northern Europe, the comparison of the electricity market system between Germany and Denmark, the rise of VPP in Germany and its role, it is suggested that price signals of Spot Market on the day ahead and Intraday Market play important roles.Rep.
