The results revealed that the highest level of IFAs was found in the Devon-1 variety, and the foremost treatment for enhancing IFAs was 40°C heating after 61 hours of fermentation of tempeh. The affinity of IFAs as inhibitor activity was stronger on the biosynthesis androgen enzyme than the androgen receptor. These data lead us to formulate the IFAs from tempeh for PCOS treatment in the second year.Pharmaceutical pollutants are a grave concern due to their nature to be active in trace concentrations whose effects are detrimental to the ecosystem and human health. Carbamazepine is the most prominent pharmaceutical pollutant in various parts of the world due to its low biodegradable properties. Photocatalytic degradation using semi-conductor-based catalysts is one of the promising methods that are suitable for carbamazepine degradation. TiO2 is a metal oxide semiconductor that has been broadly studied and used as a photocatalyst due to its abundance and high photocatalytic activity. Calcination is a common treatment that can be used to enhance the photocatalytic activity of a catalyst. The results show that calcination temperature impacted more significantly towards its crystallinity and band gap than other properties. Among the temperature variations executed, TiO2-300 performed the best with 34.6% carbamazepine degraded. Its performance is supported by having the largest crystallite size and highest Raman intensity.Entanglement is the core consequence of quantum mechanics, which reflects the nonlocal nature that has been utilized to develop rapidly growing technology such as quantum information and computing. We study the “light-cone” propagation of 1-point and 2-point functions (quantum correlation) encoded in an integrable quantum many-body spin system with a periodic driving applied locally to a site, equivalent to a dynamical impurity. Specifically, we calculate the time evolution of two-point correlations using exact numerics to uncover the full quantum behavior. Here we study the correlation dynamics in weak and strong driving regimes. We find that, for a small driving amplitude, the ballistic signature of an interacting integrable system is maintained. This indicates that the amplitude modulation of the local driving is carried out through the entire system.Gut microbiota plays a pivotal role in maintaining children’s health and well-being. This study aimed to determine the correlation between gut microbiota composition, enteric infection, and growth biomarker in stunted children in Aceh Province, Indonesia. The result showed that the IGF-1 sera level in stunted were lower than in normal children. Gut microbiota profiling of stunted children indicated dysbiosis and inflammatory conditions and revealed high-fat/ low-dietary fiber intake, while the gut microbiota composition in normal children comprised of anti-inflammatory microbiota, played essential roles in lipid and glucose metabolism and Short Chain Fatty Acid production and exhibited high plant-based diet.
